COALMONT HOTEL
SALOON OPEN
The Coalmont Hotel is now in its 100th year. Your hosts Michelle Cole and Gerry Hampton are here to make sure that patrons have the historical experience that this classic landmark is known for.
In summer people stop by after a day of exploring the back country or working their claim. Yes, people still pan for gold here, just like they did 100 years ago. In winter there are snowmobiles parked outside. Inside it's warm by the fire, and party time. Whenever you come, it's the right time, and there's no place like it.
Located in the historic town of Coalmont this is an ideal destination for vintage car and bike clubs. The Coalmont road is one of the most spectacular in the province. We are also only a stone's thrown off the famous Kettle Valley Railway section of the Trans Canada Trail.
